Khi có nhu cầu mua bất động sản như nhà hoặc chung cư, nhiều người thường băn khoăn không biết nên chọn căn nào cho tốt. Nhưng thực ra, theo phong thủy, không hề có một căn nhà hoàn toàn tốt hay hoàn toàn xấu, mà chỉ có những căn nhà hợp hay không hợp với gia chủ mà thôi. Vì thế, ngoài việc xem xét giá cả, vị trí, diện tích thì phong thủy của ngôi nhà cũng là một yếu tố quan trọng mà bạn không nên bỏ qua. – Không nên ở gần các bãi tha ma, đối diện với ống khói nhà máy hoặc các bãi rác, nhà vệ sinh công cộng, trạm xăng vì không khí ô nhiễm sẽ gây ảnh hưởng không tốt đến tâm lý những người trong nhà, ảnh hưởng xấu đến sức khỏe.
– Không chọn nhà gần cột điện, trạm điện cao thế hoặc các tháp truyền hình, phát thanh vì từ trường, sóng điện từ mạnh ở những nơi đó sẽ ảnh hưởng đến hệ thần kinh và gây ra nhiều bệnh tật.
