Xây dựng Khu du lịch biển Hải Tiến trở thành điểm đến văn minh, hiện đại

Với 12 km bờ biển trải dài cát trắng thuộc 5 xã phía Đông huyện Hoằng Hóa, sau hơn 7 năm đi vào hoạt động, Khu du lịch (KDL) sinh thái biển Hải Tiến, huyện Hoằng Hóa đã khẳng định được vị thế của riêng mình trên bản đồ du lịch biển Việt Nam.

Phát huy tiềm năng, khẳng định vị thế

Hoằng Hóa là huyện đồng bằng ven biển, được thiên nhiên ưu đãi với sông dài, biển rộng, núi cao, làng mạc trù phú, đẹp tựa bức tranh sơn thủy hữu tình. Không chỉ thế, vùng đất khoa bảng, giàu truyền thống cách mạng còn lưu giữ nhiều huyền thoại, di tích lịch sử, văn hóa tâm linh.

Nhận thấy những tiềm năng về phát triển du lịch, các thế hệ lãnh đạo của huyện Hoằng Hóa và các nhà đầu tư đã quyết định xây dựng KDL sinh thái bên bờ biển này. Với ý tưởng đó, KDL sinh thái biển Hải Tiến được hình thành và phát triển với diện tích 406,8 ha, trải dài theo đường bờ biển của 5 xã: Hoằng Trường, Hoằng Hải, Hoằng Tiến, Hoằng Thanh, Hoằng Phụ.

Trải qua thời gian, dưới bàn tay tài hoa, trí tuệ và tâm huyết của con người, một vùng đất cát bỏng, đường lầy nơi “đầu sóng, ngọn gió” trước kia đã trở thành một KDL năng động, hiện đại như ngày hôm nay. Kết quả đó, là nhờ huyện Hoằng Hóa đã huy động, sử dụng hiệu quả các nguồn lực đầu tư cơ sở vật chất hạ tầng du lịch, phát triển giao thông kết nối tại KDL, đồng thời cải thiện mạnh mẽ môi trường đầu tư, kinh doanh, khuyến khích các thành phần kinh tế cùng đầu tư, phát triển các sản phẩm du lịch. KDL hiện có hàng trăm biệt thự, khách sạn, khu nghỉ dưỡng với những kiến trúc cao cấp, hiện đại, tiện ích, phục vụ du khách đến du lịch, nghỉ dưỡng. Riêng trong năm 2019, dự kiến có thêm 10 khách sạn với gần 1.000 phòng nghỉ được đưa vào hoạt động, nâng tổng số phòng nghỉ tại Hải Tiến lên gần 6.000 phòng. Kèm theo đó, các dịch vụ ăn uống, vui chơi, giải trí cũng được đầu tư bài bản với hàng chục nhà hàng quy mô, đạt tiêu chuẩn, nhiều sân tennis, bể bơi, quầy bar, phòng karaoke, khu vui chơi cảm giác mạnh… Đặc biệt, từ năm 2018, Công ty CP Đầu tư và Xây dựng Đại Dương Xanh đưa vào khai thác tuyến du lịch đường thủy bằng tàu cao tốc, đưa du khách từ Hải Tiến đến trải nghiệm và khám phá những điểm đến thú vị như: Đảo Hòn Nẹ, Hòn Sụp; thăm Công viên văn hóa du lịch tâm linh Lạch Trường – Chùa Bụt; ghé bãi nổi Cồn Trường, rừng ngập mặn xã Hoằng Châu; hay thăm Cảng cá, rừng ngập mặn Hòa Lộc (Hậu Lộc)… Trong hành trình trải nghiệm, du khách không chỉ được ngắm phong cảnh thiên nhiên tươi đẹp mà còn được hòa mình vào cuộc sống của người dân làng chài, thưởng thức ẩm thực tươi ngon, đặc sắc… Chắc chắn sẽ đem đến cho du khách nhiều cảm giác mới lạ.

Trong bức tranh khởi sắc của du lịch biển Hải Tiến, không thể không nhắc tới sức bật từ hệ thống giao thông thông suốt của huyện Hoằng Hóa. Nhiều công trình giao thông trọng điểm của huyện phục vụ cho phát triển kinh tế – xã hội nói chung và biển Hải Tiến nói riêng đã đi vào hoạt động và phát huy hiệu quả. Tuyến đường ven biển dài 3,5 km nối liền với các xã trong KDL đã hoàn thiện, đưa vào sử dụng từ năm 2018; tuyến đường Goòng – Hải Tiến có chiều dài 7,8 km được nâng cấp, mở rộng khang trang với 4 làn xe cơ giới. Khu vực quảng trường, cầu cảng tại khu trung tâm KDL được trang trí đẹp mắt, trở thành điểm nhấn quan trọng tô điểm cho Hải Tiến ngày càng hiện đại, văn minh. Huyện Hoằng Hóa còn đầu tư tôn tạo các di tích lịch sử văn hóa, cách mạng, khai thác tài nguyên du lịch nhân văn, di sản vật thể, phi vật thể ở vùng quê giàu truyền thống yêu nước, cách mạng, trọng học, mến tài.

Trong những năm tiếp theo, huyện Hoằng Hóa kiên định mục tiêu phát triển du lịch trở thành ngành kinh tế mũi nhọn, đưa KDL sinh thái biển Hải Tiến trở thành điểm đến văn minh, hiện đại đối với du khách. Trên thực tế, Hải Tiến ngày càng chiếm được lòng tin và sự thiện cảm của du khách gần xa. Nếu như năm 2012 – năm đầu tiên đưa vào hoạt động, số lượng khách chỉ đạt ngưỡng 50.000 lượt người thì đến năm 2018, Hải Tiến đã đón trên 1,3 triệu lượt khách, doanh thu du lịch năm 2018 của huyện Hoằng Hóa đạt 1.200 tỷ đồng. Công suất sử dụng phòng nghỉ bình quân đạt 60%, các ngày lễ, thứ 7, chủ nhật trong các tháng mùa hè đạt 100%, có nhiều ngày cao điểm không đủ phòng để phục vụ khách du lịch. Hiện nay, huyện Hoằng Hóa đang tiếp tục quy hoạch, mở rộng không gian phát triển của KDL sinh thái biển Hải Tiến, trong đó phát triển về phía vùng ven biển xã Hoằng Phụ để kết nối với KDL nghỉ dưỡng FLC (Sầm Sơn). Khu vực Yến – Trường – Hải với diện tích 1.300 ha ôm trọn dãy núi Linh Trường hội tụ đủ các điều kiện để có thể xây dựng khu nghỉ dưỡng cao cấp. Bên cạnh đó, huyện tiếp tục khôi phục, duy trì và phát triển các nghề truyền thống; tôn tạo các di tích lịch sử, văn hóa, tâm linh; khôi phục các lễ hội truyền thống và phục dựng các nghi lễ, phong tục độc đáo của miền biển gắn với hoạt động du lịch cộng đồng, du lịch nghỉ dưỡng. Huyện tiếp tục tăng cường công tác quản lý Nhà nước về du lịch, tuyên truyền cộng đồng doanh nghiệp, nhất là các doanh nghiệp lữ hành, kinh doanh khách sạn, nhà hàng… và nhân dân tiếp tục giữ vững và phát huy nét văn hóa ứng xử thân thiện, mến khách của người Hoằng Hóa.

Sẵn sàng cho mùa du lịch biển 2019

Một mùa du lịch mới sắp bắt đầu. Huyện Hoằng Hóa đang tích cực hoàn tất các công tác chuẩn bị với hoạt động đầu tiên đó là lễ hội du lịch biển dự kiến được tổ chức vào ngày 28-4 tới đây. Trong khuôn khổ lễ hội, nhiều hoạt động văn hóa, văn nghệ, thể dục, thể thao được tổ chức đa dạng, mang đậm bản sắc văn hóa truyền thống của đất và người Hoằng Hóa. Trong đó, chương trình nghệ thuật khai mạc lễ hội du lịch biển Hải Tiến 2019 với chủ đề “Hải Tiến – Tình biển, Tình người” sẽ được truyền hình trực tiếp trên sóng Đài Phát thanh – Truyền hình tỉnh; lễ hội cầu ngư – cầu an sẽ được tổ chức tại Công viên văn hóa du lịch tâm linh Lạch Trường, hội diễn văn nghệ truyền thống…

Huyện Hoằng Hóa đã cơ bản hoàn tất công tác chuẩn bị để đón nhân dân và du khách về với lễ hội du lịch biển Hải Tiến. Công tác tổ chức điều hành được thực hiện một cách bài bản và chủ động hơn. Trong đó, UBND huyện đã kiện toàn Ban Quản lý KDL sinh thái biển Hải Tiến do Chủ tịch UBND huyện Hoằng Hóa làm trưởng ban; các thành viên trong ban được chia làm 3 tổ, phân công nhiệm vụ phụ trách các hoạt động về kinh doanh – dịch vụ; văn hóa – môi trường và an ninh trật tự tại KDL. Công tác bảo đảm vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm, quản lý chặt chẽ các hoạt động kinh doanh ở các nhà hàng, khách sạn tại KDL được chú trọng. Huyện đã chỉ đạo các đơn vị chức năng, các xã, thị trấn tổng dọn vệ sinh môi trường, dọn cỏ dại, trồng hoa, cây xanh trên tất cả các tuyến đường dẫn về KDL. Đặc biệt, tổ chức thu gom rác thải, giữ gìn môi trường khu vực bãi biển; thực hiện việc kẻ, vẽ quy định điểm đậu, đỗ xe điện bốn bánh trong KDL, đưa hoạt động xe điện đi vào nền nếp. Yêu cầu các hộ kinh doanh trên bờ kè thuộc khu vực dọc bãi biển ký cam kết kinh doanh phải đảm bảo chất lượng, vệ sinh môi trường, không gây ảnh hưởng đến khách du lịch. Công an huyện Hoằng Hóa phối hợp với các ngành liên quan, các xã, thị trấn chuẩn bị kỹ lưỡng các phương án bảo đảm an ninh trật tự, phòng chống cháy nổ, cứu nạn, cứu hộ và phân luồng giao thông trong mùa du lịch.

Nét mới trong mùa du lịch năm nay, biển Hải Tiến sẽ có thêm các dịch vụ du lịch mới. Trung tâm Văn hóa huyện Hoằng Hóa sẽ là đơn vị chủ trì tổ chức loại hình du lịch cộng đồng tại xã Hoằng Trường kết nối để du khách trải nghiệm, khám phá với cuộc sống của ngư dân vùng biển. 10 hộ dân thuộc 3 thôn: Thôn 1, Linh Trường và Giang Sơn với những ngôi nhà khang trang, hiện đại bên bờ biển đã được đầu tư để trở thành điểm đến đối với du khách muốn khám phá du lịch cộng đồng.

Với việc chuẩn bị chu đáo về cơ sở vật chất, sự chủ động trong công tác tổ chức điều hành và khai thác hiệu quả các loại hình du lịch, tin tưởng rằng, trong mùa hè năm nay, KDL sinh thái biển Hải Tiến sẽ đón được 1,5 triệu lượt du khách như kỳ vọng, tạo đà cho ngành du lịch huyện Hoằng Hóa phát triển mạnh mẽ trong những năm tới, phấn đấu trở thành đô thị du lịch biển Hải Tiến vào năm 2020.
